For Robyn a 43-year-old nurse and mother of three, life was a real time in motion. Right from the start of her training here at Ponsonby Private Health Club, Robyn's attention to detail with her training and nutrition showed results immediately. Straightaway that fuelled her desire to produce the best results possible over the 12-weeks.
