Mixed Berry Smoothie

One Scoop of Eatsmart Total Nutrition Protein shake(19 grams protein; 7 grams carbohydrates)
200 grams of frozen mixed berries, raspberries or strawberries (12 grams of carbohydrates)
1 squeeze of orange or lemon
4 ice cubes


  1. Pour 300ml of water into the blender with a scoop of Eatsmart Total Nutrition Protein Shake and blend on low speed for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add frozen berries and a squeeze of lemon or orange.
  3. Blend on medium speed until well mixed about another 30 seconds.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend on high speed or ice crusher for a further 30 seconds.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a slice of orange or lemon and a piece of mint for a refreshing start to the day.
